We have all heard of very successful people owning or operating a sucessful small business without formal education. Such unique individuals however, are becoming less common in the business world of the 21st Century.
CST is pleased to add Small Business Management to its portfolio of training programs so you may fast track your successful security and business management career.

Outline The Business Services Training Package includes the Certificate IV in Business (Small Business Management) qualification. This study stream is particularly suited to Business Owners, Supervisors, Emerging Managers. Content BSBCMN402A Develop work priorities BSBCMN410A Coordinate implementation of customer service strategies BSBCMN411A Monitor safe workplace BSBSBM405A Monitor & Manage Business Operations BSBSBM407A Manage a Small Team BSBSBM401A Establish Business & Legal requirements BSBSBM402A Undertake Financial Planning BSBSBM406A Manage Finances BSBSBM301A Research Business Oportunities BSBSBM403A Promote the Business BSBSBM404A Undertake Business Planning Delivery You will attend one (1) day per month (usually Friday) for eleven (11) consecutive months. The qualification includes eleven (11) units of competency so you should manage your time to study and complete one (1) unit of competency each month. As you complete your assessment tasks simply save your work electronically and email to CST for assessment. CST facilitators will assist you to establish a mutually agreed study plan. You may enroll at ay time throughout the year. Duration Eleven (11) Consecutive months Are You Eligible for a Traineeship? Are you eligible for a Certificate IV in Business (Small Business Management) Traineeship? If you are working on a full-time, part-time or casual basis and you do not hold a qualification higher than or equal to a Certificate IV, you may be eligible for a traineeship.This could mean you study for free and your employer benefits financially as well!
