Outline Attending our First Aid training course is a major step towards attaining appropriate first aid skills. While we have tailored the course for the Security Professional, it is open to everyone and will benefit all students. Content PRSSO206A Provide First Aid Delivery The course is presented using in-class training, practical demonstrations, group discussions, case scenarios and interactive learning techniques. The course is conducted to include both individual and group oriented training techniques to further students understanding of the industry's requirements. Duration Students have a selection of two different course structures. In-class One Day and Workbook This course format is conducted over 1 day in-class training from 8.30am - 4.30pm plus a correspondence style workbook. This option is available at both our Brisbane City and Regional training venues. In-class Two Days This course format is conducted over 2 days in-class training from 8.30am - 4.30pm. This option is available at our Brisbane City training venue and some Regional Offices. Employment Greater demand for the services of trained security personnel is being brought about by growing terrorism fears and the millions of dollars being spent on private security in response to spiraling property crime, civil unrest and public liability concerns. The successful completion of this training course will enable graduates to improve their skills to effectively operate in areas such as static guard, mobile patrols, retail security, events security, hotels, nightclubs and many more.
