Outline The Certificate I in Security Operations is a program designed for security awareness. It can be adapted to any area of industry or commerce and has been popular for Corporate Clients. Tailor-made training can incorporate specialist areas such as retail security, armed hold-up prevention, personal security awareness and many more. Content The course is a Nationally Recognised Qualification consisting of the following units of competency: CPPSEC2002A Follow workplace safety procedures in the security industry CPPSEC1001A Identify and report security risk situations PRSSO103A Prepare for work in the security industry Delivery The course is usually delivered over one day and can be conducted in your own venue or our Training Centres. Duration One day from 9am to 5pm Employment Many employers are taking the responsible step to ensuring staff, who may not be specifically in a security role, are properly trainined for contingencies. Prerequisites Students need a basic level of literacy and must be able to speak and write in English Enquiry
