Candidates will be assessed in their workplace and / or simulated workplace environment. These practical assessments are supported by a series of 'short answer' written questions that test the academic underpinning knowledge of the candidate. This program is intended to provide drillers with the opportunity to obtain a formal qualification with minimal disruption in the workplace.
